Terms and Conditions

 1.⁠ ⁠General Information 1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all students enrolled in courses at The House of Talent. 1.2. By enrolling in our courses, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 1.3. The House of Talent reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.

 2.⁠ ⁠Enrolment and Fees 2.1. Enrolment is by audition only. Tuition fees must be paid before training commences, either monthly or termly. Any missed classes must be paid for, with the exception being for professional engagements as agreed upon by Artistic Director Rob Kelly.

 3.⁠ ⁠Attendance and Punctuality 3.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals. 3.2. Punctuality is essential. Students must arrive on time and be prepared to start their classes promptly. 3.3. Absences must be reported to the administration as soon as possible. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from training.

 4.⁠ ⁠Conduct and Discipline 4.1. Students are expected to always maintain a high standard of conduct. 4.2. Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the school. 4.3. Students must respect the school’s property and premises. Any damage caused by a student will be the responsibility of the student and/or their guardians.

 5.⁠ ⁠Health and Safety 5.1. Students must inform the school of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation in activities.

 6.⁠ ⁠Dress Code and Equipment 6.1. Students must adhere to the dress code specified for their course. This includes wearing a House of Talent branded top, with a logo provided by The House of Talent. Failure to comply may result in being barred from participating in the class. 6.2. All personal belongings and equipment brought to the school are the responsibility of the student. The House of Talent is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

 7.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refunds 7.1. The House of Talent reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, students will be notified, and efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements. 7.2. Refunds will only be provided in cases where the school cancels a course and cannot offer a suitable alternative. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. 7.3. No refunds will be provided for missed classes or for students who withdraw from the course after it has commenced. 7.4. If a student wishes to discontinue their training at The House of Talent, a written notice of one month is required. This notice allows for proper scheduling adjustments and ensures a smooth transition.

 8.⁠ ⁠Media and Publicity 8.1. The House of Talent reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings taken during classes and events for promotional purposes. 8.2. Students and their guardians agree to the use of their images for marketing and publicity materials.

 9.⁠ ⁠Data Protection 9.1. The House of Talent will collect and process personal data in accordance with data protection laws. 9.2. Students’ personal information will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
